Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data — name, email, and authentication data managed by our single sign-on service.
  • Trading configuration — strategies, backtests, indicator settings, and reports you create.
  • Broker credentials — API keys and trading-account credentials you connect, encrypted at rest. We never display them back to you or share them.
  • Usage data — pages visited, feature usage, and device/browser information used to improve the product.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to operate the platform: run backtests, execute the live strategies you deploy, enforce plan limits, send trade notifications you configure, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data or your strategies to anyone.

3. Your strategies stay yours

Strategies are private by default. They are visible to others only when you explicitly share them with your team or publish them to the community. AI-assistant requests are processed to generate your strategy and are not used to train models.

4. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Broker API keys and passwords are encrypted at rest and only decrypted in memory at the moment of trade execution. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via contact; we delete personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Third parties

We share data only with processors necessary to run the Service: hosting infrastructure, the brokers you connect (to execute your orders), and the AI provider (for strategy generation requests you initiate). Each processes data only on our instructions.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise any of these rights and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes

If we materially change this policy we will notify you in-app or by email before the change takes effect.
